All brides want their big day to be perfect. Of course, this includes their look as well. And still, no matter how much you plan and no matter how careful you are about look, there is still a slight likelihood that small accidents will happen.
To make sure you are prepared for this kind of “events”, create a wedding day survival kit to save you from embarrassing and/or annoying situations. Here are some things you should know about your bridal kit:
Include makeup basics to quickly freshen up throughout the day. Your lipstick, a bit of blush, pressed powder and your eye shadow should not miss from your kit. Also, include some blotting papers and makeup removing wipes as well.
Advil. The last thing you want on your wedding day is a terrible headache. Include Advil (or any other similar pill) in your bridal survival kit to ensure you can go through the Big Day pain-free.
Deodorant and mini-perfume. Keep yourself fresh and fragranced by bringing a mini-deodorant and a rollerball perfume (or a tester perfume) with you.
Dress fixing kit. Needles, sewing thread, fabric duct tape, brooches, chalk and stain remover pen – these are just some of the things you need to fix a “wedding gown disaster”. If you feel that all these things would be difficult to fit in your bridal purse, make sure your Maid of Honor or mother has them at least.
